Shipping policy
How Our Fulfillment Works
My Reinvention Journal (physical edition) is printed on demand at a professional print facility and shipped directly to your door. This means your journal is printed specifically for you when you place your order, ensuring a high-quality, freshly printed copy every time.
Because each order is individually printed before it ships, please allow time for both printing and delivery when estimating your arrival date.
Step 1 — Printing & Production
Normal production time is 3–5 business days. Your order will not ship until printing is complete.
Please note that during high-demand seasons such as holidays and back-to-school periods, production times may be slightly longer than usual.
Step 2 — Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been printed and packaged, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Total estimated time from order to delivery = Production (3–5 days) + Shipping (see above).
Shipping Methods
Orders default to the least expensive trackable shipping method available. Shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
If you are shipping to a PO Box address, the shipping method must be Mail or Priority. Carriers such as FedEx or UPS cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipment notification email at the address entered during checkout once your journal is packaged for delivery. A tracking number will be included in the email if the shipping method chosen is traceable.
Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping notification for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Important Shipping Notes
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays, natural disasters, and delivery restrictions may delay your order. Orders affected by such delays may take as long as 6 weeks to arrive.
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather events, or customs processing.
