Thank you for purchasing My Reinvention Journal. Because each journal is professionally printed on demand specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse. All sales of physical journals are final.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take the quality of every journal seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will replace it at no cost to you.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear photo of the damage or defect
Once verified, we will ship a replacement copy to you promptly.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner and work to make it right.
